I’m in transition of going full vegetarian. I’ve always choose what I thought was healthy, until My mother started fighting breast cancer . And you realize wow there’s a attack at this that’s so simple but discipline is the exercise that hurts the most. After visiting her cardiologist one day my life was finally put to perspective of a healthy diet. Basically food has two brackets; there’s acid and there’s alkaline.
